1. Location

What is your address?
9280 S. Kyrene Road, Ste 117, Tempe, AZ 85284.
When is the seminar?
The event starts at 8:30 am (9:00 am for remote viewers) each day (if multiple days). We're scheduled to go until 6:00 pm, but we could end earlier or later depending on the questions everyone has (We answer all your questions).
Is there parking available?
Yes! Plenty of free parking is available behind the building.
How do I get into the building?
The double glass doors in the middle of the building on the West side (parking lot side) of the building should be open. If you arrive before they are unlocked, hang out and talk to anyone else who is as punctual as you. The doors will be opened shortly.

How much is it?
The price is shown in the cart after you enter your basic information. Don't worry, we NEVER sell or give away your information. It's just how our website works.
Are there any coupon codes?
We occasionally have coupon codes or discounts. If we have any current offers, you will get them in our emails or you can find them on our social media posts. A great reason to read all of our emails and follow us on social media (in addition to all the free info we give out)!
Is the virtual option the same price as the in-person event?
Yes.
What if something comes up and I can't make it?
No worries! Once you have purchased the event, you can come to any event that works for you. We understand that things like weather and family emergencies happen, so simply let us know and we'll look forward to seeing you at a future event.
Wow, there was SO MUCH information in the event, I wish I could attend again to get it all. Can I?
Yes! We allow you to attend a second event absolutely free! Just let us know when you want to come again. Keep in mind that we now offer virtual attendance, so that might be a great option for you. And finally, we will put the video of the event and all the handouts online (as discussed below), so you can review it many times in your pajamas to truly absorb it all.
3. When Will I Get Info on the Seminar?

When should I plan my stay?
We recommend flying in the day before the seminar (or the morning of the 2 1/2 day Workshop) and flying out the day after. We organize an attendee-only dinner on Friday night as a networking event, and we encourage you to attend.
You should receive an email two days before the seminar with information
While we will send a couple of emails earlier, we email everyone an email with other attendee's contact information and other key info two days before the event. We're trying to include any late sign-ups, but don't worry, we'll get the info to you.
How do I access the event virtually?
All the information about the event is contained on our online portal. Once you register, you will receive an email with login instructions (check your spam) and a link to complete your registration. All the handouts, presentations, Zoom links, etc. are on the online portal. About two days before the event, we will send SMS and email reminders. The day before the event, we will again send you SMS and email reminders. Be sure to check your spam/junk mail in case you can't find the emails.
4. What About the Materials?
Your education doesn't stop when the event ends!
Video of the event will be uploaded
We will upload the entire event to a private website which you can log onto and review any part again and again. We cut the video into appropriate sections, so you don't have to scroll through the entire day to find the section you need. It takes us about two weeks to process the video, so please have patience as we get it ready for you.
All handouts and slides will be uploaded
All handouts and slides used during the event will be available for you to view as many times as you like.
5. Where Should I Stay?
And how do I get around town?
Do you have any hotel discounts?
Yes! We have negotiated discount rates with a couple of local hotels. Click the link below to download our hotel list. There are also plenty of AirBnBs, Vrbos, and other options in the area.
Do I need to rent a car?
Our offices are located in a busy part of Tempe, AZ. You will be able to use Uber, Lyft, Waymo, and other ride-sharing or taxi services if you don't want to rent a car. If you choose to rent a car, parking is plentiful and easy in most of the Phoenix metro area.
